Please complete a registration form for each child you are registering for the 2023-24 club season.
Registration fees and any other charges throughout the year are calculated and listed in your account under "my info" and then "balance". Payments can be made by etransfer to calvarypembroke@gmail.com. Please specify "Awana" and your child's name in the memo section. Cash is also accepted on club nights or during the week at the church office.
Our 2023-24 registration fees for each clubber are as follows:
Puggles

$15 - Colouring/handbook only

$45 - Puggles t-shirt, colouring/handbook, take home parent cards, special events throughout the year
Cubbies, Sparks or T&T

$75 - Entrance booklet, Uniform, Handbook, Awards, Grand Prix car, special events throughout the year
Other Payments
